Not only do lycii or goji berries do as their name alludes – they put the ‘GO’ in your ‘qi’ – they’re also a potent anti-accident, by which we mean it is no accident that they’re so full of antioxidants. These little edible rubies are some of the most nutritionally packed nightshade family members around. Pardon our poor sly segues – but these ‘wolfberries’ may just make you howl with health!
