About: Historically regarded as a sacred plant, Hyssop Decumbens has many uses for supporting everyday health. Traditionally applied to promote the respiratory system and to purify air, Hyssop may also be used to support healthy skin tone, healthy digestion, circulation, and women’s health during menses.
Common Uses: To diffuse, use 3-15 drops with water in an ultrasonic diffuser. For palm inhalation, blend 1 drop essential oil with several drops virgin plant oil, apply to palms, cup hands lightly over nose and deeply inhale 5 times. For topical application, blend up to 45 drops with 1oz of carrier oil, and apply to desired area (1-5% dilution). For women’s health during menses and digestion support, massage into the lower abdomen and the lower back. This may also be applied to scars.

Safety Information: We do not advise Hyssop for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from epilepsy. Our recommended maximum dilution rate is 5% for adults.
