Description

Keep a pinch of Goldenseal, Hydrastis canadensis, in your cupboard. But only a pinch! Goldenseal is endangered in the wild. Ours is consciously cultivated but we still use it sparingly, adding it to skin salve when we get into a bad scrape or sprinkling it on some rice when there’s tummy trouble (it doesn’t taste good, but it does help). A little goes a long way: no need to over-purchase!**
